Woodlands Waterfront Park

I'm so tired yesterday... its really tiring. I went to the gym in the afternoon and rushed off to Woodlands Waterfront park just in time for the sunset. This is the first time, I have ever been to woodlands waterfront park. I took a bus from woodlands interchange and ended up I got off the bus at the wrong stop. In the end, I had to walk 300 meters back to the park. This park seem very deserted and far from the HDB estates but it was so out of my expectation, there were quite a lot of joggers and students hanging out in the park. There's a jetty at woodlands waterfront which was newly renovated. The park was big and small animals like squirrel and kingfisher can be spotted running around the park. Its a lovely environment for runners to hang out and enjoy the sea breeze.

Walking with History

I have always wanted to go to Fort Canning Park but I'm simply to lazy to do it. Yes, lazy!!! Now when I have a Camera in my hand, it makes me want to go everywhere and anywhere as long as there are nice scenery and green nice flowers ^_^. Recently, I have been to lower Seletar Reservoir too. Although the view there are simple and I was bored by the weather that day, I still manage to capture some not bad pictures by editing it. Okie .... Now back to Fort Canning Park. I see lots of couples taking their wedding photos and family members giving them their blessing to the couples. Happiness, happiness !!! =D Fort Canning Park is one of the historical place in Singapore. It has the memories of World War II, the Keramat and an old refurnished church which is now the Fort Canning Centre. There are ASEAN Sculpture around the area too.

Oh ya, this is the Raffles Terrace's lighthouse. Mini- lighthouse in Singapore itself ^_^.

Painting with camera =P

Walked 5km from Jurong East MRT station to Boon Lay MRT station.
I went to the new Jcube Shopping Centre at Jurong East and was pretty disappointed with their designs and location of stores. The only thing that fascinate me is the ice skating ring at level 3 with a hang over score board for ice hockey players.

Disappointing, Disappointing , Disappointing .....
Therefore, I walked out of the building with great disappointment but as I continued walking to Science Centre for my Photo-Shoot. I saw a BIG RED SUN which looked like a Fire Ball descending.
I took the next photo behind the Omni-Threater. The Sky is so beautiful that I can imagine myself near a volcano with a reflection on the surface of the water.
Next destination, I ended up at the Chinese Garden MRT station right in front of the Pagoda.
The red sky today really blended in well with the Pagoda making it so beautiful.

My last destination, Lakeside MRT station. I suddenly have an inspiration from a photographer name Jonathan Danker. All his photo were taken at low angle, he even place his tripod in the water just to get a photo that is so awesome. A photographer can break through all grounds just to get the particular photo they want. I wanted to try his method but the tripod doesn't belongs to me. I adjusted and place the tripod at a very low position in order to take this photo.
I call it the Red-Orange Painted Sky with reflection.
Good Night People =D.
